Description

Darko Butina is an executive strategy leader, venture investor, and expert in AI powered business transformation. As the Founder and CEO of RELIABL.IT, he develops an advanced platform for the strategic integration of AI, helping organizations optimize their operations and achieve superior business results. He is also a recognized thought leader in the space, having authored three impactful books: Management in AI Powered World (2023), AI Powered Leader (2025), and Dynamic Strategy (2026). Darko is also an active angel investor and the General Partner (GP) of the venture capital fund daFUND. Under his leadership, the fund successfully raised its capital in just six months (from international investors) - and is already returning capital to its LPs. His financial expertise is further complemented by his role as an advisor to a Swiss neobank. Over his 25-year career, Darko has held CEO, board, and supervisory roles for high-growth domestic and international tech companies, including Netcetera (CH), Cognism (UK), and Mimovrste (SI).
