Description

Strategist, entrepreneur and investor working at the intersection of industry, infrastructure (including defense & dual use and space), and capital. A topic close to her heart is the future resilience of Germany and Europe. With more than two decades of experience, she helps companies transform, structures complex transactions, and positions organizations for sustainable growth — from construction-tech scale-up to and family business to mid-sized industrial leaders or the German operations of a global private equity firm. She previously held roles in global DAX corporations and international industrial and infrastructure companies across automotive, renewable energy, mining, and supplier industries. She spent a decade executing international transactions in Global M&A and ECM at Deutsche Bank and Evercore, and comes with a track record of €100bn in completed deals. She additionally serves as advisory board member for deep-tech VC funds, advisory board member of the RKW Competence Center’s federal think tank, and sits on the board of Business Angels Germany (BAND e.V).
